The house rules.

speakHers is a curated directory connecting event organisers with women speakers in tech. We provide the listing and the introduction. We are not a party to any speaking agreement you make.

You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. One account may hold several roles — speaker, organiser, administrator. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Profiles are reviewed by hand before they go live. We may decline, ask for changes, unlist or archive a profile at our discretion — for example if it is incomplete, inaccurate, or outside the scope of the directory. Listing is free and cannot be bought.

You confirm you have the right to the content and images you upload and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Enquiries run through the platform. Speaker email addresses are never shared. Use enquiries only for genuine speaking opportunities — no recruitment spam, no marketing, no scraping or bulk export of the directory.

Feedback you leave must be honest, first-hand and about a real engagement. We may remove feedback that is abusive, false or off-topic.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, no automated harvesting, no impersonation, no unlawful or harassing behaviour. We may suspend accounts that do.

You keep the rights to your content. You give us permission to display it within the directory and in profile previews and shared links. The speakHers name, design and compilation of the directory remain ours.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee bookings, availability, or the accuracy of information provided by users. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or from any engagement arranged through it.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
